Bought a used Honda Pilot from Steve at West Coast Auto Mall. Had a trailer hitch added by another company about a month later and discovered the jack and tire changing tools were missing. Went back to West Coast Auto Mall and talked to Steve, then Chris. It was a strange situation because of course they had no idea if I was telling the truth and I didn’t know for sure if it was missing or the trailer hitch people might have taken it.
After some discussion, Chris offered to purchase the equipment for me at his cost. I thought the whole thing ended pretty reasonable. I would recommend them and would buy from them again.
The Honda Pilot and Acura MDX are excellent SUVs. Roomy enough for 7 or flip the back seat down for plenty of cargo area.
These SUVs are a great way to move from a mini-van into an SUV, but keep the extra passenger space when you need it.
